Delivery time
Orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Delivery then takes up to 7 business days, so your order arrives within 9 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will tell you before that time, with a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund (FTC Mail Order Rule).
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, including apartment or suite number and ZIP code, is complete and correct. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order less the shipping costs we incurred.
